Newcomers
are welcome - no experience is necessary. We supply free tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits, morning and afternoon, on all workdays - if you'd like to be kept informed about upcoming events

Weather: If you are at all unsure about the forecast, please check the website to make sure the workday is going ahead before setting out. Workdays will be postponed or cancelled in bad weather, or if there is serious risk to volunteers. Don't forget waterproofs and sun cream!

Changes to advertised dates/sites: Dates and sites are subject to alteration due to the weather/technical difficulties/volunteer availability or etc. It's always a good idea to check before setting out on the day.

Where: The Magic Wood (+ Cotebank Bridge)

Meet: Hazlehead Bridge Station

What will we be doing? Removing Carrying out maintenance work in the Magic Wood and decorating it for Christmas; doing some remedial work east side of Cotebank Bridge if time allows

Parking: Please arrive on foot or by bike if possible; if you need to come in your car and you haven't been before, please get in touch for advice re parking. If you'd like a lift from Penistone, leaving around 9.40am, just ring/email
