Newcomers
are welcome - no experience is necessary. We supply free tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits, morning and afternoon, on all workdays - if you'd like to be kept informed about upcoming events

Weather: If you are at all unsure about the forecast, please check the website to make sure the workday is going ahead before setting out. Workdays will be postponed or cancelled in bad weather, or if there is serious risk to volunteers. Don't forget waterproofs and sun cream!

Changes to advertised dates/sites: Dates and sites are subject to alteration due to the weather/technical difficulties/volunteer availability or etc. It's always a good idea to check before setting out on the day.

Where: West of the access at Leapings Lane, Thurlstone

Meet: On site

What will we be doing? The first of a number of workdays on this section of the Trail; we'll be dealing with overhanging branches, removing the plentiful Ash saplings at each side of the route, cutting back regrowth, collecting litter, and maintaining the lovely views across the valley

Parking: Please come on foot or by bike if you can; there is a little parking at the foot of the access.
